We begin with an obligation-free consultation. Depending on the project, we can meet within our offices or on-site to assess existing features, address any potential challenges, and gain a comprehensive understanding of your needs. During this consultation, we offer design advice and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Quote:
Once we have identified the scope of work, we will prepare a transparent quote for your review and approval. Our quotes typically provide a fixed price, ensuring there are no hidden costs or surprises. We believe in our ability to deliver exceptional results, which is why we confidently offer fixed prices rather than estimates or hourly rates.
​Concept Design:
Based on our previous discussions and the agreed scope of work, we will create initial layout or sketch plans. These plans serve as a starting point for further refinement. As the design process evolves, we introduce additional elements until we achieve the desired outcome.

Consent Documentation:
Once the design is finalized, we take the lead in compiling all the necessary calculations and information to create comprehensive working drawings for council approval. Depending on your builder's preferences, we can also provide a pricing set of plans before the full set, enabling you to obtain a contract price before committing to the entire set of working plans.

Consent Lodgement & Consent Administration:
As your agent, we handle the application and administration of the building consent on your behalf. We address any queries that arise during the consent processing, minimizing your involvement with the council to simply paying the necessary fees. If needed, we also provide assistance in administering the consent during construction and handle any "minor variations" that do not require amendments, all free of charge throughout the build.
